Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to return your order.

How to return an item

Returns must be sent to our return address in Sweden.

Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

For ordinary returns under the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please package the product securely and keep proof of shipment.

If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate solution.

Testing the adapter

You may connect and briefly test the adapter to determine whether it works with your compatible lamp.

The product should only be handled to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and function.

If the product has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary for testing and its value has been reduced, we may make a deduction for the diminished value where permitted by law.

Refunds

We will refund eligible payments within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, the cost of our standard delivery method will also be refunded. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option selected by you are not refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

You will not be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs relating to such a claim.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product or option, the simplest process is usually to return the original item and place a new order.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights available under Swedish or applicable EU consumer law.
